Sean Scott Masonry is seeking a motivated, organized, and personable individual to join our team in Deep River, CT in a dynamic administrative, client support, and brand engagement role. This position offers significant growth potential, including the opportunity to transition into a full-time sales or business development role for the right candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Client Support & Operations
-Manage email communications and correspondence
-Schedule consultations and appointments
-Screen and qualify potential clients
-Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent client support
-Assist with preparing and sending proposals and contracts
-Finance & Administration
-Process weekly payroll
-Assist with retirement account management
-Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
-Support invoicing and billing processes
-Social Media & Brand Engagement
-Manage social media platforms (posting updates, sharing project highlights, and engaging with potential clients)
-Assist in creating engaging content to elevate brand visibility and showcase our work
-Respond to social media inquiries and direct messages to capture incoming leads
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
-Professional, creative, and customer-focused attitude
-Ability to multitask and work independently
-Basic experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
-Experience or knowledge in masonry, landscaping, construction, or a related industry is a plus, but not required
COMPENSATION
-Starting pay: $21 per hour
