Bandai Namco Amusement America, THE leader in the Arcade / Amusement Industry for over 40 years, is seeking store associates to join our team in Japantown at San Francisco, CA. The successful candidate will help introduce the latest One Piece Card Game (OPCG) offerings from Japan.

Key Responsibilities
- Maximize revenue opportunity by providing an excellent customer experience.
- Ensure safeguarding all company assets (i.e., inventory, cash, displays)
- Always maintain the high standard of the Bandai Namco providing world class appearance and cleanliness of all products, displays, floors, counters, and packaging materials
- Deposits and record keeping of deposits.
- Fill out collection reports in Excel and Email to HQ.
- Input product counts in system, count inventory.
- Always represent the company in a professional manner.
- Organize and lead OPCG tutorials, tournaments, and other events.
- Enforce various tournaments rules and policies.
- Always represent the company in a professional manner.
- PT Store Associates are expected to work 20-30 hours in each workweek.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in retail sales and cash handling
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
- Ability to stock and merchandise products effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for inventory management
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 29.5 per week
