- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with professional phone etiquette
- Handle client check-ins, payments, and product sales efficiently using point-of-sale systems like QuickBooks
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and accurate client information in digital databases
- Support daily operations by coordinating with nail technicians and handling client inquiries via phone or email
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette essential for effective communication
