Position Overview:
The Robotic Welder/Technician supports automated welding operations by operating robotic equipment, ensuring weld quality, and assisting with material preparation. This role focuses on precision, efficiency, and maintaining a safe production environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate robotic welding equipment

Load and position parts for accurate welding

Inspect welds and completed parts for quality

Perform minor grinding, repairs, or rework as needed

Prepare materials through cleaning, fitting, or grinding

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist with troubleshooting or process improvements
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior manufacturing or robotic welding experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting

Good communication and teamwork skills

Physically able to stand, move, and handle materials
Work Environment:
Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. Regular standing, movement, and material handling required.
