Savvy Staffing is looking to hire Order Processor Clerk (Clinton, MA) Shift- 7am-3pm
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Processing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily office and warehouse operations by handling clerical, data entry, and order-related tasks. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- *Will work on processing receipts, investigating orders, etc. MUST be computer proficient.*
Responsibilities:
- Process and verify receipts, invoices, and purchase orders accurately.
- Investigate order discrepancies, shipment issues, and billing errors.
- Maintain and update customer and order records in company databases.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve inquiries promptly.
- Prepare and file documentation related to customer accounts and transactions.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and general administrative duties as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all records and information handled.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
