Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence
- Provide an enthusiastic, welcoming, and friendly experience for every guest.
- Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle transactions with speed and professionalism.
- Drink Preparation
- Craft high-quality espresso-based drinks, energy drinks, teas, and other beverages according to 7 Brew standards.
- Maintain speed and consistency while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork & Communication
- Work closely with other Brewistas and shift leaders to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate clearly in a drive-thru setting to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Cleanliness & Organization
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Keep the stand clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
