TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Bubble Line Production Assistant Operator in East Houston, TX!
Position Responsibilities:

Assist the Lead Operator with machine start-up and shut down procedures

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials safely and efficiently
-
Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
-
Bag, tag, package, label, box, and palletize finished materials
-
Store finished material in the correct location
-
Use computer systems and scanners to log time, inventory, and productivity
-
Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
-
Meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
-
Learn all aspects of the production process to step in as needed or advance into an Operator role
-
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
-
Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production guidelines
-
Work effectively as part of a team to complete daily tasks and meet production goals
-
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and write in English
-
Three or more years of production, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
-
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
-
Ability to use computers, scanners, basic tools, and equipment safely
-
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
-
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
-
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Hours:
Monday – Thursday (Fridays occasionally)
5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
