Location: Rockford, MN
Wage: $20.00 – $26.00/hr.
Hours: 1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Duties of the quality technician:
- Conduct product inspections, material testing, and production sampling across manufacturing runs
- Perform dimensional and physical measurements using precision instruments, calipers, and micrometers
- Support quality compliance, gauge calibration, defect troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner directly with manufacturing, engineering, and product development departments to resolve quality issues
Requirements of the quality technician:
- Minimum 2+ years of quality inspection or quality control experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
- Hands-on proficiency using micrometers, calipers, height indicators, and precision gauges
- Direct experience working with quality management systems, inspection protocols, and audit documentation
- Technical trade education, or training in Quality Control, Statistical Process Control (SPC), or Six Sigma
