About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented part-time associate to join our team and be at the forefront of our online business. This is a hands-on, in-person role responsible for smooth order processing, exceptional customer service, and efficient operational support. Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill daily customer orders from e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.), including data entry and shipment tracking
- Pack shipments accurately and document orders for recordkeeping
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries with professionalism and strong phone etiquette
- Assist customers with product information, order status updates, returns, and exchanges
- Handle UPS claims and resolve shipping issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update product listings accordingly
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and e-commerce platforms
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Dependable and punctual — this role follows a consistent daily schedule
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, e-commerce, or fulfillment is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing between 1–20 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, and move around the workspace throughout the shift
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (20 hrs/week)
- Pay: $17.00/hour
