Fit Family Physical Therapy (www.fitfamilypt.com) is a family-owned, private pay, mobile physical therapy practice serving the Greater Phoenix area. We’re growing and looking for compassionate, skilled PTs to join our team!
We’re currently hiring a contract (PRN) physical therapist to provide in-home care in North Scottsdale, including Grayhawk, Desert Mountain, and surrounding neighborhoods. This role requires availability 2–3 days per week, with a starting caseload of 4–8 patient visits weekly and the opportunity to grow from there.
PLEASE READ: To best serve post-op patients in this area, availability on Fridays and either Mondays or Tuesdays is required. Preference will be given to therapists who can offer M/W/F availability. Inquire for more questions on availability match!
Responsibilities
- Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
- Prepare and submit treatment notes based on identified and attained goals
- Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
- 2+ years experience in orthopedic & post-operative care
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice
- MUST HAVE availability to see patients 2-3 nonconsecutive days per week.

Pay: $100.00 - $125.00 per hour
