Job Summary:
Position: Onsite Supervisor
Pay: Up to $55k Annually
Shift: 4-5 days per week, 8-12 hours per day on day shift, and one weekend day per week based on client needs
Hours: 8 -12 hour shifts (Flexibility on day shift needed)

Must Haves: Previous staffing experience, manufacturing/logistics team lead experience, bilingual in English and Spanish. Great communication, computer, and leadership skills, and ability to be to work at time and as scheduled to support your team, and building relationships with the client and staff.

Requirements:
- Must be flexible to arrive up to 15 minutes early
- Additional hours and weekend availability required during peak periods
Preferred Experience:
- Previous staffing agency management experience strongly preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead daily check-ins and supervise temporary staff at a local warehouse
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees
- Walk the floor regularly and respond to staff needs
- Use office tools such as phones, walkies, and basic tech platforms
- Track and report attendance, including calling no call/no shows
- Support recruiting efforts for temporary staff as needed
- Provide training and support for new hires to ensure success
- Complete shift reports and maintain regular communication with leadership
Qualifications:
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of urgency and customer service mindset
- Solid computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office and ability to learn our workforce planning App, TempWorks ATS, and Ai Recruiting platform (Training provided)
- Typing, email, and general office technology proficiency required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Willingness to be on-site and hands-on throughout the shift
