Fabricator Assistant – Climate-Controlled Shop

$20–$24/hour (Depending on Experience)
We're looking for a Fabricator Assistant to join a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing shop! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to detail, and wants to grow with a company that values its people.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Fridays as needed for overtime
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate parts using brass, carbon steel, and stainless steel
- Operate tools such as vertical band saws, cold saws, die grinders, sanders, and other fabrication equipment
- Follow work instructions and maintain quality standards
- Assist with general fabrication and shop duties
Qualifications:
- Experience using fabrication tools (vertical band saws, cold saws, die grinders, sanders, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Able to take direction and work well in a team environment
- Comfortable with frequent twisting, reaching, stooping, and standing throughout the day
- Parts are lightweight (most under 15 lbs.)
