Trinity Community Health Centers of Louisiana is a Federally Qualified Health Center and is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide Urgent/Acute Primary Care Services at our new access point in Avoyelles parish.
Work hours will be Monday thru Friday from 8 am until 5 pm.
