## Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales projects, driving business development initiatives, and managing client accounts. This role requires a strong background in outside sales, technology sales, and utilizing CRMs to enhance sales strategies.
## Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales projects from inception to completion
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and market expansion
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and optimize account management processes
## Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards success
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet revenue goals
- Knowledge of technology sales trends and market dynamics
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales pipelines efficiently
