Plumbtech Plumbing and Heating is a residential plumbing company based in Missoula, Montana. We serve homeowners across western Montana and we've built our reputation on doing the job right the first time. Our guys take their trade seriously, look out for each other, and go home at the end of the day knowing they did good work. We're not a revolving door. The people who join our team tend to stick around, and there's a reason for that.
We're adding another Plumber to the crew and we want someone who fits the way we operate.
About the Role
This is a service and remodel focused position. You'll be running calls, diagnosing problems, talking to homeowners, and delivering the kind of work that earns a five-star review. Some days it's a water heater. Some days it's a full bathroom remodel rough-in. You'll need to be comfortable with both.
We run a tight operation. Trucks are stocked, dispatch keeps you moving, and the office has your back. Your job is to show up, do the work, and take care of the customer.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running residential service and repair calls independently
- Working remodel projects from rough-in through trim-out
- Diagnosing plumbing issues and presenting solutions to homeowners
- Representing Plumbtech professionally in every home you enter
- Communicating clearly with dispatch and the office team
- Keeping your truck stocked, clean, and ready to go
What We're Looking For
- 2 years or more Plumbing experience
- Experience in residential service, repair, and remodel work
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
- Strong with customers, not just pipes
- Takes pride in clean, quality work
- A team player who doesn't need to be managed
