```Duties```
- Respond to service calls for towing and recovery of vehicles
- Safely load and unload vehicles onto tow trucks or flatbeds
- Operate tow trucks and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Provide roadside assistance, such as jump-starts, tire changes, and lockout services
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics to determine the cause of vehicle breakdowns
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each service call
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tow trucks and equipment
```Qualifications```
-TDLR Preferred/Obtainable
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict management abilities
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
