Pathway Design, a successful and growing Beaverton/Portland-based company with a passion for providing quality architectural signage and way finding solutions, is seeking to fill a full-time, entry level Signage Operations Assistant position.
Although this is an entry level position, with the below noted salary, there is opportunity to both grow within the role. Cover letter required for consideration.
This role will assist various members of our team in the management and completion of projects. This includes, but is not limited to, organizing information, light field work including installation, tracking tasks, estimating cost, and creating and preparing spreadsheets and other sign related documents. This position includes engagement with a high-end client base. You will also spend approximately half your time helping our install department. This role provides a unique opportunity with exposure to a wide variety of projects and assignments in a small business.
The following are the core duties of this position:
- Procure and track project status and assist with project management coordination
- Produce minor sign drawings utilizing Adobe Illustrator
- Assist with developing signage documents for various projects
- Attend and document client meetings in a supporting role
- Field work, including sign installation
- Write up and track client orders
- File project-related and other documents
- Procure materials

The annual starting compensation for this entry-level, full-time position is $40,000-$47,000, depending upon experience. Paid vacation, retirement package, bonus schedule, and other benefits are included.
