- Lead efforts in compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote instructional leadership in clinical practices and education initiatives.
- Mentor nursing staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining high standards of practice.
- Participate in administrative decision-making, policy development, and quality improvement projects to elevate care standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management within healthcare or educational settings, with a focus on personnel management and leadership.
- Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational management.
- Experience in school administrative or educational leadership roles is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working within university or higher education environments is advantageous.
