Registered Dental Hygienist – Part-Time (Busy PPO & Denti-Cal Practice)
We are a high-volume, fast-paced dental practice seeking a Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Our office serves a strong PPO and Denti-Cal patient base, offering a consistent schedule, supportive doctors, and an organized clinical flow.
The ideal candidate is confident, efficient, and patient-focused, with the ability to provide excellent preventive and periodontal care while maintaining quality in a busy environment. Spanish-speaking is a plus, as we proudly serve a diverse patient community.
Responsibilities:
- Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and SRPs
- Take and interpret digital X-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health
- Chart accurately and thoroughly
- Assist in identifying treatment needs and supporting case acceptance
- Maintain infection control and OSHA standards
- Work collaboratively with doctors, assistants, and front office staff
Requirements:
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (California)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with PPO and/or Denti-Cal preferred
- Ability to manage a busy schedule efficiently
- Strong communication and chairside skills
- Spanish-speaking a plus
