Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival through departure
- Coordinate and oversee party activities, including games, entertainment, and food service
- Manage event logistics such as setup, breakdown, and equipment handling with manual handling safety protocols
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, employing conflict management techniques when necessary
- Enforce safety protocols including first aid procedures and CPR when required to ensure guest safety at all times
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the venue, including outdoor work areas and indoor spaces
- Support food service operations by preparing and serving snacks or beverages while adhering to food safety standards
- Engage with guests through public speaking or hosting activities to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy event periods
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Experience working with children or in hospitality settings enhances suitability for this role
- Previous experience working at an event venue is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage a wide variety of tasks at a high speed and maintain a positive environment
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified
- Ability to perform moderate lifting and manual handling tasks safely during setup or cleanup processes
- Outgoing personality with excellent public speaking abilities to engage guests confidently
