Job Summary

**PART-TIME: Approximately 20 hours per week with core work hours being between 6 am and 5 pm. Variable days of the week, no holidays or weekends.**
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to determine individual needs.
- Administer medications with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide patient education on health coaching topics including medication administration, pain management, and discharge planning.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain meticulous medical records for legal and quality assurance purposes.
- Support infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during procedures like phlebotomy or laboratory specimen collection.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing with current state requirements.
