Design and support soil, groundwater, and vapor remediation systems, including developing work plans, engineering designs, specifications, and cost estimates.

Conduct environmental investigations, site assessments, feasibility studies, and corrective action evaluations.

Provide engineering oversight during remediation system installation, operation, maintenance, and optimization.

Analyze environmental data and develop recommendations for site closure and regulatory compliance.

Perform air emissions calculations for criteria pollutants, hazardous air pollutants, greenhouse gases, and other regulated emissions.

Prepare air permit applications, registrations, modifications, renewals, and compliance reports.

Assist with the design and evaluation of water and wastewater treatment systems, including process selection and system optimization.

Prepare engineering calculations, technical memorandums, and design documentation.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating with field personnel, subcontractors, laboratories, and vendors.

Prepare technical reports, proposals, work plans, and regulatory submittals.

Communicate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.

Interpret and apply federal, state, and local environmental regulations to ensure project compliance.

Support business development efforts and proposal preparation.

Maintain compliance with company quality assurance, quality control, and safety procedures.

Travel periodically to project sites within Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and surrounding areas as needed.

Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of employment.

37 years of experience in environmental consulting, engineering, remediation, air permitting, or related fields preferred.

Experience with remediation systems, environmental investigations, and corrective action projects.

Experience performing air emissions calculations and preparing air permit applications preferred.

Experience with water and wastewater treatment systems preferred.

Strong understanding of environmental regulations and permitting requirements.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and engineering software tools.

Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in both office and field environments, including wearing required PPE and performing field activities in varying weather conditions.

Ability to travel periodically for project assignments.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain preferred.
