Key Responsibilities:
- Provide PT services to patients with orthopedic and neurological diagnoses.
- Maintain timely, professional documentation within Medicare B billing guidelines
- Carry out personalized care plans for each patient.
- Maintain timely, professional communication with both patients and team members.
- Ensure the highest standards of care are delivered in line with MTG’s patient-first philosophy.
Requirements of Physical Therapist:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
- Experience in both orthopedic and neurological conditions.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within a 30 mile radius
Licensure/Certification:
- As an MTG employee or contractor, you must carry your own professional liability insurance with minimum coverage of 1M/3M per occurrence.
- Valid PT License in the state of FL
- Valid driver's license
