About the Role:
Luxus Glass USA, a Cypress, TX based architectural glass fabricator, is hiring an experienced glass polishing machine operator. This role works on finished laminated glass — fabric mesh and PDLC smart glass panels — after cutting and lamination, so precision matters: a mistake here means losing a piece we've already invested significant material and labor into.
Requirements (non-negotiable):
- Minimum 1–2 years hands-on experience operating a glass edge polishing/seaming machine (commercial glass, auto glass, glazing, or fabrication background all count)
- Demonstrated understanding of edge work, polish quality standards, and how to spot/avoid micro-chipping or uneven edges
- Comfortable working independently once trained on our specific equipment and process
- Reliable, careful with high-value material

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
