NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED FIBER OPTIC INSTALLERS
MercurySync LLC is growing and looking for dependable, experienced Fiber Optic Installers to join our team. We operate throughout the Southeastern United States.
Minimum Qualifications
1+ year of fiber optic installation experience
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Own truck suitable for work (required)
Own hand tools required for fiber installation
Must provide and wear OSHA-compliant PPE
Willing and able to travel for extended periods
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
Ability to pass background screening and drug testing if required by the customer
Preferred Experience
- Fiber placement (aerial and underground)
- Fiber pulling and innerduct installation
- Handhole, vault, and conduit work
- Reading construction prints and splice maps
- Restoration and job site cleanup
- Bucket truck or equipment experience is a plus
- OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, and fiber certifications are a plus
