We are currently seeking TWO Eligible Dependable Team Members to join our farmers market crew.
This role requires VERY early mornings EVERY Saturday, rain or shine, year round and is best suited for individuals who are extremely reliable, hardworking, and bring a positive attitude from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and Breakdown of signage on highways and within the market, including flags and cones, etc.
- Placement and pickup of trash receptacles and preparation and close of market grounds.
- Sweep and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Assist with vendor placement and be cross-trained in logistics and market operations
- Occasionally assist vendors with unloading and setup
- Run occasional errands (e.g., fuel or supply pickups as needed)
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and strong punctuality.
- Consistent availability for early mornings EVERY Saturday.
- Ability to lift around 60lbs at times.
- Dependability is essential — our schedule is tight and team-focused.
- Willingness to be cross-trained in logistics and operations.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.You will be working directly with/for the Market Manager. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role that plays a critical part in bringing the market to life each week, while offering valuable experience in market logistics and operations.
