We are seeking a motivated and talented Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Repair, Maintenance & Installation industry. This role offers you the chance to develop a wide range of skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance while delivering outstanding guest service in a supportive and upbeat atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative, planned, and emergency maintenance on building, equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, pool, and grounds.

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service during their stay.

Maintain inventory, clean and organize tools and storage areas.

Complete work orders and preventative maintenance checklists on schedule.

Inspect safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and emergency lights.

Maintain pool chemical levels and ensure regulatory compliance.

Assist with groundskeeping including landscaping, trash removal, and snow removal.
Qualifications & Requirements

General knowledge of maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and drywall.

High school education or equivalent; CPO preferred but not required.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and kneeling.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Previous hotel industry experience preferred but not required.

Availability for 8-hour shifts, weekdays and weekends, plus on-call emergencies.
