Key Responsibilities

Follow all safety and security policies to ensure a safe work environment.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 pounds.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests, maintaining high quality standards.

Maintain a clean, professional appearance and protect company confidentiality.

Deliver excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs with a pleasant attitude.

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push/pull medium to large objects.

Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and moving frequently throughout the facility.

Capable of working independently and as part of a motivated team.
