The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Assistant is to perform a variety of maintenance duties throughout the building, resident rooms, common areas, and grounds. This includes but is not limited to general maintenance tasks as well as carpet cleaning, floor buffing, stripping and waxing, trash removal, window washing, interior and exterior building maintenance as well as grounds keeping.

Must be polite and respectful, responsive to resident needs and requests at all times.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have no less than a high school diploma or GED.

Prior maintenance experience preferred.

All applicants must successfully pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
