Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 + 10% Annual Bonus + Full Benefits

- Manage month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Supervise, mentor, and develop an 8-person accounting team
- Review financial reporting, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
- Support audits, tax compliance, and internal control initiatives
- Drive process improvements and optimize accounting workflows through ERP systems and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experience
- Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting
- Distribution or wholesale industry experience strongly preferred
- ERP experience required; JD Edwards experience is a plus
