We are seeking someone who is dependable, attentive, and committed to creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where babies can thrive.

What We're Looking For
We believe caring for infants is more than a job—it's a calling. We are looking for someone who celebrates first smiles, first milestones, and the everyday moments that help babies feel safe, loved, and valued. The ideal Lead Infant Teacher is someone families trust completely and children naturally find comfort in.
If you are patient, dependable, compassionate, and passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of our youngest learners, we'd love to welcome you to the Little Cub Academy family.
