- Previous Property Management experience required
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and support Administrative and Leasing staff, including performance reviews and accountability to goals.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and staffing support for leasing teams.
- Oversee daily operations for an assigned regional property portfolio.
- Resolve escalated applicant and tenant issues.
- Review and countersign leases prepared by Community Managers.
- Monitor occupancy, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and unit turns.
- Standardize processes across the portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Track property performance trends and recommend strategies to improve revenue and control expenses.
- Support and implement marketing efforts to attract and retain residents.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and rental rates, and report findings to Executive Management.
- Participate in portfolio, asset, and performance reviews, including action plans for underperforming properties.
- Serve as a liaison between tenants, owners, and contractors to resolve specialized issues.
- Participate in emergency preparedness planning.
- Manage daily accounting functions, including receivables, payables, reconciliations, and financial records.
- Oversee delinquency processes, legal coordination, payment discrepancies, and eviction court attendance.
- Process vendor invoices, match to purchase orders, and ensure timely payment.
- Complete special projects as assigned by Executive Management.

Pay: From $41,500.00 per year
