Ofshtein Law Firm is seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our Processing Department.
Spanish fluency is required for this position.
This position involves communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to obtain treatment updates, verify case information, and keep client files accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls with insurance companies, medical providers, and clients
- Obtain and document clients' current treatment status
- Follow up with clients regarding medical treatment and appointments
- Contact insurance companies for claim and case-related information
- Verify insurance information and claim status
- Obtain information regarding medical treatment and providers
- Update the case management system with detailed and accurate notes
- Request and follow up on necessary documents and information
- Assist the Processing Department with case follow-ups
- Maintain professional communication with clients, providers, and insurance representatives
- Handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls
- Professional phone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn case management software
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Personal injury law firm, medical office, insurance, or customer service experience is a plus

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Full-time, in-office position
About the Position
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable speaking with people on the phone, and interested in working in the personal injury legal field.
We are looking for someone who can communicate professionally in both English and Spanish, follow up consistently, and ensure important case and treatment information is properly documented.
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
