Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Lifeguards. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of all pool guests while providing excellent customer service.
Shifts
-Monday-Friday afterschool til 9:00pm
-Saturdays 6:15am-12:30pm
We will also host weekend events that will run all day Saturdays and Sundays.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise pool activities to ensure guest safety
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Perform rescues and provide first aid or CPR when necessary
- Assist in pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning and chemical checks
- Provide exceptional guest services and address any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Participate in regular training sessions to maintain lifeguard certification
Required Skills:
-Red Cross Lifeguarding certification
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong swim skills
- Ability to perform rescues and administer first aid as needed
- Excellent guest service skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in pool maintenance and cleaning
- Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks
