Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling and/or turning machines to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality are essential.
Shift for this position:
2ND SHIFT 3PM- 11:30 PM MONDAY - FRIDAY
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes according to job specifications and work instructions.
- Load raw materials and verify part dimensions using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T symbols.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve production issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred.
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience (mills and/or lathes).
- Proficiency with Fanuc, Haas, or similar controls.
- Strong knowledge of machining practices, materials, and inspection techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
Preferred Skills (a plus):
- Experience with multi-axis machining.
- Familiarity with setup, offsets, and tool changes.
- Basic knowledge of G-code editing.
- Experience in aerospace or medical manufacturing environments.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional overtime may be required).
- Competitive pay based on experience.

2ND SHIFT 3PM- 11:30 PM MONDAY - FRIDAY
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
