The Community Monitor is responsible for overseeing community amenities and common areas to ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment. This role involves enforcing community rules, assisting residents, and maintaining a visible presence to promote compliance and positive community engagement. This position is ideal as a summer job with the opportunity to transition into a part-time role.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor community amenities such as pools, clubhouses, fitness centers, parks, and courts.

Ensure community rules, safety guidelines, and policies are followed by residents and guests.

Verify resident access credentials or guest passes when required.

Report rule violations, safety concerns, or maintenance issues to management or security.

Maintain a visible presence to deter inappropriate behavior.

Assist residents with basic questions about amenities and policies.

Complete incident reports or daily activity logs when necessary.

Help maintain cleanliness and order in amenity areas.

Contact management or emergency services when needed.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
