Luxury Furniture Sales & Design Consultant
Please Note: Previous furniture sales experience is preferred.
This position is intended for experienced furniture sales professionals who are comfortable working with high-end furnishings, and commission-based compensation.
Pay: $65,000–$150,000+ per year (Commission)

For over 35 years, Hill Country Interiors has been one of San Antonio's premier destinations for luxury home furnishings. Our 30,000-square-foot showroom specializes in high-end Western, rustic luxury, and transitional furniture, lighting, artwork, and home décor.
We're looking for an experienced, motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, helping clients furnish beautiful homes, and earning an exceptional income.

Schedule
- 3-4 days per week
- 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No evenings
- Closed Sundays
- Flexible schedule
Compensation
- Commission-based position
- $65,000–$150,000+ annual earnings

Responsibilities
- Assist clients in furnishing individual rooms or entire homes
- Guide customers through luxury furniture, lighting, rugs, artwork, and décor selections
- Build lasting relationships and develop repeat clientele
- Manage projects from consultation through delivery
- Work closely with ownership to provide a first-class customer experience
- Stay current on new collections and showroom merchandising
Qualifications
- Previous furniture sales experience required
- Interior design knowledge or passion for home furnishings
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a performance-based commission environment
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
