Key Responsibilities
- Safely direct traffic through active work zones
- Coordinate with utility crews to maintain smooth traffic flow
- Set up and remove traffic control devices (cones, signs, barricades)
- Protect the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians
- Follow all DOT and company safety regulations
- Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and the public
Qualifications
✔18 years of age or older
✔Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
✔Smartphone for scheduling, communication, and time tracking
✔Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
✔Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday, up to 40 hours per week
