Efficient operation of assembly equipment and other assembly tasks to safely produce and pack quality products to meet customer requirements.
BACKGROUND REQUIRED:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 10 hours and lift up to 20 lbs.

Must have excellent reading, writing, communication, and math skills
-
Ability to work OT as needed

High school diploma / GED preferred

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Must be able to use and read various measuring devices
-
Operate HMI (Human Machine Interface) Screen
-
Ability to understand multiple types of assembly machine functions
-
Problem solving knowledge and ability.

Exposure to lean manufacturing principles
-
Attention to detail/Quality frame of mind
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Safety, Quality, and EMS
-
Follow standardized work instructions
-
Fully participate in and support the Corvac Quality System
-
Observe general and specific safety rules. This includes observing light curtain and other safety devices while the machine is in operation
-
Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and contribute to the overall orderliness of the plant
-
Fill out all required paperwork including but not limited to production, scrap and downtime
-
Rework and repair defective parts as needed
-
Responsible for the quality of product produced and identifying any non-compliant component parts
-
Responsible for assuring proper labeling is applied to finished goods containers
-
Accountable for packing finished goods
-
Able to train others as needed
-
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
