Deliver excellent care that supports residents’ physical and emotional well-being.

Assist with nightly and morning routines ensuring our residents are comfortable and safe throughout the shift.

Document residents’ progress and any changes in condition and report to our nursing team.

Assist with answering call lights in a timely manner.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management skills.

CNA license not required!
