Job Summary
We are currently looking for a receptionist. This person is friendly, engaging, and professional. The receptionist interacts with management, escrow and title staff, real estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys and other clients on a daily basis.
This is an entry level position, and there is the opportunity for upwards mobility within the company.
Primary job duties include:
- Answering phone, and determining where calls and questions need to be directed
- Greet and direct customers
- Enter accounts receivable into accounting system
- Sorting, distributing, and preparing incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Data entry
Knowledge and Skills
- Timeliness and professional appearance
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (printers, multi-line phones)
- Detail oriented
- Professionalism and ability to provide a positive company image to the public
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
