The Role
From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.
Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule

What You'll Do-
Operations Management
-
Execute and coordinate production activities to meet safety, quantity, quality, and delivery targets
-
Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and material flow for maximum efficiency
-
Collaborate with maintenance to coordinate equipment repairs and preventative maintenance
-
Implement standard operating procedures and ensure consistent compliance
-
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues promptly
-
Safety and Quality Oversight
-
Champion workplace safety through personal example and consistent reinforcement of safety protocols
-
Perform routine safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards
-
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to all safety procedures by all team members
-
Ensure all products meet established quality standards and customer specifications
-
Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement
-
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-
Partner with scheduler, maintenance, and quality teams to optimize production flow
-
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization regarding production status
-
Participate in problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Team Leadership & Development
-
Supervise, coach, and develop production team members to achieve operational excellence
-
Manage employee performance through regular feedback, training, and development planning
-
Foster a collaborative, safe, and productive work environment that encourages innovation
-
Address performance issues promptly and effectively with appropriate coaching and documentation
-
Coordinate staffing levels and assignments to optimize productivity and control labor costs
What You’ll Bring
Essential Qualifications:
-
1-3 years of Supervisor or leadership experience.
-
Must have solid, proven performance showing leadership, quality, safety, and job ability
-
Ability to work well with others and lead a cross functional team.
-
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
-
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
-
Strong communication skills and positive attitude
-
Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
-
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
-
Technical training or certification in relevant manufacturing processes is highly valued
-
OSHA certification and safety management training preferred
