Unlimited Landscaping & Turf Management is seeking a motivated and dependable Tree & Shrub Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide professional tree and shrub care services, including inspections, treatments, fertilization, pest management, and customer education. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and is committed to helping customers maintain healthy, beautiful landscapes.
This is a full-time year-round position, offering continuous opportunities for growth and advancement. We prioritize employee development and provide full paid training to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in this role. Along with a guaranteed weekly pay, you will have the opportunity to earn overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Apply fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and other treatments to trees and shrubs according to company standards and state regulations.
- Diagnose and identify common tree and shrub diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Conduct property inspections and recommend appropriate treatment programs.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and treatment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate service records and route documentation.
- Safely operate company vehicles and application equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with additional lawn care or landscape services as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in lawn care or a similar field is preferred.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License is required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity are essential qualities we seek in candidates.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your route to meet customer expectations.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Experience identifying common landscape pests and diseases.
- Experience operating spray equipment and service vehicles
