About the Role
As a Senior CNC Field Service Engineer, you will serve as a technical expert responsible for the lifecycle maintenance and optimization of advanced manufacturing equipment. You will play a critical role in maximizing production uptime for our clients by providing high-level diagnostic support and precision repairs across a diverse range of CNC platforms.
Responsibilities-
Execute on-site installations, complex troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to ensure peak machine performance.

Diagnose and resolve intricate electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures.

Translate technical documentation and schematics into actionable repair strategies to minimize operational downtime.

Deliver clear communication regarding repair status and technical findings to stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive service reporting.

Drive customer success by proactively identifying opportunities for equipment upgrades and process improvements.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain deep technical expertise on evolving machine tool technologies.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of CNC machinery.

Proficiency in interpreting complex electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.

Strong diagnostic capabilities with precision measuring tools and CNC control systems.

Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel extensively to support regional customer sites.

Advanced problem-solving skills with a focus on technical accuracy and detail.

Associate’s degree or technical certification in a relevant engineering or mechanical field.

Experience working with high-precision rotating machinery, spindles, and bearings.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple service priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
