Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking drink orders and making recommendations based on preferences.
- Operate POS systems for order entry and payment processing efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
