What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of daily hotel operations with a hands-on leadership approach.
- Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team committed to delivering outstanding guest service.
- Drive revenue, profitability, labor management, and expense control.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and operational excellence.
- Monitor key performance metrics including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain top hospitality talent.
- Maintain exceptional quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Be a visible, approachable leader who supports the team wherever needed.
What We're Looking For
MUST HAVE
- Previous General Manager experience in a Select-Service hotel.
- High-volume hotel leadership experience.
- A truly hands-on leadership style—you lead from the floor, not behind a desk.
- Proven ability to drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience at a Hilton hotel required
- Experience with Hilton systems and brand standards.
- Revenue management, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
