5 Generation Bakers manufacturing bakery that specializes in the production of Jenny Lee Cinnamon Swirl Bread, as well as other bakery department items. We're currently looking for oven workers to start immediately. Experience with bread proofing preferred but not required.
Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00pm - about 8:00am. Shift end times vary based on production. Weekends scheduled as needed.

Primary Responsibility:
To perform all tasks involved in the proofing and baking of all breads and other products. Rotating all products in and out of the ovens and loading on to cooling racks. Ensures all product is handled in a safe and efficient manner.
- Responsible for ensuring that all items placed in oven are baked at the proper temperature and for the proper amount of time.
- Ability to use independent judgment to gauge proof time for different bread varieties. (training provided)
- Manages racks to ensure proper ration of batches in proof box.
- Works quickly, in a safe manner while maintaining product quality.
- Shares the responsibility for accurately filling out production paperwork for each batch.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a production environment (ie: loud, hot etc.)
- Must have some production and/or manufacturing experience.
- Good team working skills as well as the aptitude to work alone.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend on a continual basis throughout shift (8-10 hours average).
- Ability to lift from floor to above the head, to carry materials weighing up to 50lbs, push and pull loaded ovens racks, consistently, throughout work shift.
- Ability to read and interpret production schedules, recipes, measurements, thermometers, clocks (digital and analog), and batch codes to record data.
- Ability to work extended shifts and overtime as production needs require.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
