We are seeking a JDE Financial ERP Analyst with 5+ years of JD Edwards Financials experience to support business operations during an Oracle ERP implementation. This role will serve as the liaison between accounting/finance teams and technical resources, focusing on application support, issue resolution, and system maintenance rather than development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support JDE Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Manage and resolve support tickets while providing ongoing communication to business users.
- Partner with accounting and finance teams to troubleshoot issues and prioritize requests.
- Coordinate with technical teams on bug fixes and minor enhancements.
- Provide support during critical accounting periods, including month-end close.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of JD Edwards (JDE) Financials experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes.
- Experience supporting production applications and troubleshooting system issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow experience.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion or ERP migration projects.
- Prior experience supporting JDE-to-Oracle transitions.
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
