Production Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized Production Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, keeping multiple projects moving, and taking ownership of production from order entry through shipment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
Plan and schedule production for maximum machine and employee utilization
Coordinate material purchasing and ensure material arrives before production deadlines
Track jobs through every stage of manufacturing
Monitor outside processing (powder coat, plating, anodizing, heat treat, etc.)
Maintain material certifications and production documentation
Prepare shipping paperwork and ensure jobs are delivered complete and on time
Identify scheduling conflicts before they become customer problems
Maintain accurate lead time estimates for customers
Work with management to continuously improve production flow and efficiency
Ideal Qualifications
Manufacturing, machining, aerospace, or fabrication experience
Strong organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience with purchasing and scheduling
Ability to communicate clearly with both office staff and shop personnel
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Computer proficiency (ERP, Excel, production software, or similar)

ISO 9001 or AS9100 documentation

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
