What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting and conducting needs-based analysis for potential clients
- Enrolling clients in the Medicare Advantage plans best suited to their specific needs
- Cross-selling ancillary products: Hospital Indemnity, CHS plans, Dental & Vision
- Working qualified inbound-sourced lead traffic
- Managing a consistent daily call volume
- Following compliance and production standards
- Working within a team-focused sales environment
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor position
- Base/commission structure
- Weekly earnings range: 1750-2500$
- Additional performance incentives available
- Inbound-sourced lead flow provided

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Active Florida 2-15 and/or 2-40 license
- Updated AHIP certification completed
- Licensed in at least 5–10+ states (FL, TX, OH at minimum)
- Medicare Advantage sales experience required (minimum 1 year)
- Signed carrier release letters from all carriers in hand
- Strong communication and salesmanship
- Confident in writing business on Day 1 out of training
- Correct tech setup: dual monitors, high-speed internet, and web camera for meetings
- Must be reliable, punctual, and production-focused
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced Medicare agents with proven production history
- Familiarity with SunFire, EnrollHere, and GoHighLevel CRM
- Ability to handle high call volume consistently
- All carrier releases in hand for faster onboarding
Production Expectations
- Target: 10+ enrollments per week
Hiring Timeline
- Interviews happening immediately (phone and Google Meet)
- Typical onboarding timeline: 1–2 weeks (TBD based on contracting)
- Delays may occur due to carrier releases and contracting
