Union Hospital’s Stepdown Unit provides an intermediate level of care between the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and General Med/Sur g Units. As a n RN Resident, you will work with fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care, throughout the patient care journey. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed.
